Privacy Policy – SO Health Sync

What data we collect
With your permission, SO Health Sync reads health data from Apple Health (HealthKit), which may include:
- Activity, vitals, workouts, sleep, and other HealthKit data types you authorize
- Device and app metadata (e.g., device model, OS version, app version)
- We also collect basic diagnostic logs within the app.

This app is provided by Success Origin Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

How we use your data
We use the data to sync your Apple Health data to your external system/server.
How data is shared
Your data is transmitted to your platform. We do not sell your data.
Storage and retention
On device: temporary cache for upload and retry.
Server: no storage.
We may retain logs for operational troubleshooting.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect data in transit and at rest.
Your choices
You can revoke Health permissions anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
You can request deletion by contacting patrick.gilbert@successorigin.com.au
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post changes at this URL.
